Terms of Service

SAHINOV PRIVATE LIMITED provides software development, AI implementation, and technology training services. Each engagement is governed by a separate Statement of Work or Training Enrolment Agreement that takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. By using our services you represent that you meet these requirements.

• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay. We do not store card details.
• Training programme fees are due in full before the batch start date.
• Project retainers and milestone payments are as agreed in the Statement of Work.
• GST is charged at applicable rates and shown separately on invoices.

For custom software projects, all intellectual property created specifically for you transfers to you upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or libraries used in delivery.

Training materials (slides, MDX content, tool guides, playground components) remain the property of Sahinov. Participants receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use materials for their own learning only.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for 3 years.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahinov's total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

• Do not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute our training materials.
• Do not submit false information in any form or application.
• Do not interfere with the security or availability of our website or systems.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ongole, Andhra Pradesh.
