How to File a Complaint
If you have a grievance regarding our services, website, content, or data handling, please contact the Grievance Officer with the following details:
- Your full name and contact details
- A clear description of the complaint
- The date on which the issue occurred
- Any supporting documents or screenshots
We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 30 days. Where a complaint requires further investigation, we will keep you informed of progress.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or approach the appropriate court of law in India.
