SAHINOV PRIVATE LIMITED (“Sahinov”, “we”, “our”) is a private limited company incorporated in India (CIN U62013AP2026PTC124730), with registered office at 9-1-15, Court Street, Ongole, Andhra Pradesh 523001.

We provide software development services, AI implementation, and technology training programmes.

• Contact data: Name, email address, phone number — submitted via the contact form or training application.
• Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, browser and device type — collected via server logs and analytics.
• Training data: Enrolment details, session attendance, and feedback for training programme participants.
• Communications: Content of emails or messages you send us.

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are processed by Razorpay under their privacy policy.

• Supabase: Database and authentication
• Vercel: Website hosting
• Razorpay: Payment processing
• Cal.com: Booking and scheduling

Each sub-processor operates under their own privacy policy and data-processing terms.

We retain contact and enquiry data for 3 years from the date of last interaction. Training programme records are retained for 7 years for compliance purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

We use essential cookies required for the website to function (session management, security). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics are cookieless where possible.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance.
