Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is based on how many days before the batch start date the request is received:

• 14+ days before start: 100% refund, no questions asked.
• 7–13 days before start: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before start: No refund. You may transfer your seat to the next available batch at no charge.
• After the batch has started: No refund. Access to materials and recordings continues for the full duration.

At any point before the batch starts, you may transfer your enrolment to the next available batch free of charge. Email us with your name, enrolment reference, and preferred batch. Transfers are honoured subject to seat availability.

Refunds for software development and AI implementation engagements are governed by the signed Statement of Work. Generally, milestone payments are non-refundable once the milestone deliverable has been accepted. Advance retainers are refundable for unused work within 7 days of termination.

• Email us at contact@sahinov.in with your full name and payment reference.
• State the reason for the refund request.
• We will confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel a batch if minimum enrolment is not met. In that case, 100% of fees are refunded to all participants within 5 business days.

If a participant is removed for violating our code of conduct, no refund is issued.
