Training Enrolments
You may cancel your training enrolment at any time before the batch starts. To cancel, email contact@sahinov.in with your name and enrolment reference.
Refund eligibility on cancellation is governed by our Refund Policy. As an alternative to cancellation, you may transfer your seat to a future batch at no cost.
Software & AI Engagements
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 14 days' written notice. On termination:
- All completed and accepted milestones are invoiced and due.
- Work in progress is invoiced on a pro-rata basis for time spent.
- Any advance retainer for future work not yet started is refunded within 7 business days.
- Both parties return or destroy confidential materials belonging to the other.
Cancellation by Sahinov
We reserve the right to cancel a service or training batch under the following circumstances:
- Insufficient enrolment for a training batch (full refund issued to all participants).
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
- Material breach of these terms by the client or participant.
Where we initiate cancellation without fault on your part, we will provide a full refund of fees paid for undelivered services.
How to Cancel
- Email contact@sahinov.in with subject line "Cancellation Request".
- Include your name, service or batch name, and payment reference.
- We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process the cancellation within 2 business days.
