The Challenge

Finance professionals in India — CAs, CMAs, CS, CFAs — were forced to use generic job portals like Naukri or LinkedIn that don't understand finance qualifications, CA articleship requirements, or the referral culture that drives most finance hiring. Employers had no way to filter for verified finance credentials, and candidates had to wade through irrelevant listings.

What We Built

We built Vopaj — a dedicated finance recruitment platform from the ground up. The platform serves three distinct user types: candidates who search and apply, recruiters who post and manage pipelines via a drag-and-drop ATS, and CA firms that need to match articleship candidates. Claude AI powers resume parsing and job matching. A refer-and-earn program (₹8,000 per successful referral) drives organic network growth. The platform launched as Udyogaseva and rebranded to Vopaj.
